Interesting. I like the general shape, but some of the branches seem a bit thin to support such large masses of leaves.

Yes, they will be modified. I don't like the ones that just curve downwards, as if the leaves are too heavy.

Yeah, if they were curved upwards it would be a lot more aesthetically sound.

Some of the thicker branches as well, a little off putting from the others. I kind of enjoy the idea of hanging branches, but I would do those near the bottom, and make them slightly smaller.

looks good man, im loving the bark detail, but the upward slanting on some of the leaves looks awkward.

Also, I added a shaking effect when cutting the trees down. Looks pretty cool; the speed of the shaking increases as you get closer to cutting down.

Re: New Experimental Trees
That's a neat addition, will there be different types of trees? Or just the same style throughout the game?

Re: New Experimental Trees
There will be different tree styles as you enter more advanced sections of your planet, or when traveling to more advanced planets in general.

Looks good, but at one point the trunk thins out and it looks pretty strange.

Yeah, I noticed this to. I think it was supposed to be a point of extension for the top portion. A little off, but can still be made to look good. :joker:
